With us you get meat, directly from the source of nature. No guilty conscience about origin or attitude. No thought about feed additives or medication. All of our meat comes from our own hunting ground in Mauerstetten in the Ostallgäu.

In Germany, the butcher trade is one of the few professions that are subject to a master craftsman's obligation. With good reason! The production of meat and cured meats involves a multitude of privileges that deserve to be protected.
As hunters, we are very fortunate to be able to market our meat directly without the master craftsman's certificate.
However, since we know our limits very well, we only offer you wild meat in its basic version. Whether roast, ragout, goulash, steak or roulades.

The hunter's butcher's shop is called the Wildkammer. It is subject to many provisions of food law, to which we strictly adhere. This allows us to process all of our game in our own game room and guarantee you the best quality

Our meat is a gift from nature. And their laws are our top priority! We only hunt when the population and the hunting season allow it. We stick to rest periods and look after our territory as ecologically as possible
Shipment
When the bag is packed, the best venison comes to you. Depending on where you live, we can bring your order to your home or you can pick it up from us. If you live too far away, we will be happy to send you your order with a delivery service.
